About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in US staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical sourcing skills, experience working with direct clients or implementation partners, and a good understanding of US recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate placement.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Recruit for technical positions across various domains, including Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.
- Work on W2 and C2C requirements and understand different employment types and visa categories.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, experience, and client suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage submissions and feedback.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records.
- Meet daily and monthly sourcing, submission, and placement targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
- Excelent communication skills.
- Strong experience with US IT technical requirements and candidate sourcing.
- Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, MSPs, or VMS platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of W2, C2C, OPT, H-1B, and other relevant work authorization categories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
