Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-drivenUS IT Recruiterto join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our US-based clients. This role requires a deep understanding of various IT technologies, the US job market, and recruitment platforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for various IT roles .
- Work with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements.
- Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking to find candidates.
- Perform initial screenings (technical and behavioral) to ensure a good fit.
- Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and close candidates for contract and permanent positions.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients and candidates.
- Ensure compliance with client and company policies, and maintain hiring documentation.
- Keep up with industry trends, hiring practices, and immigration policies (H1B, GC, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- 13years of experience inUS IT recruitment(may vary based on job level).
- Proficient in using ATS, MS Office, and job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willing to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST as required).
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience working with direct clients or Tier 1 vendors.
- Familiarity with VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
