What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in US IT recruitment
Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle, tax terms (W2/1099/C2C), and time zones
Prior hands on experience with Vector VMS is mandatory
Excellent communication and sourcing skills
Ability to manage end to end recruitment independently (especially for Lead role)
Experience working with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter
