Job Title: US IT Recruiter (USA Staffing)

Job Location: Malakpet colony PO, Moosarambagh (On-site).

Work Timing: 9.00 AM EST - 6.00 PM EST (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

·      Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals in USA through various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.

·      Analyse job descriptions, identify key skills, and match candidate profiles accordingly.

·      Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; provide timely follow-ups and feedback.

·      Negotiate compensation rates and terms with candidates.

·      Maintain and update ATS/CRM systems with candidate records and activities.

·      Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.

·      Stay updated on IT technologies and US immigration/work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).

·      Meet daily/weekly recruitment metrics and contribute to team hiring goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

·      2–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

·      In-depth knowledge of US staffing market and employment types (W2, 1099, C2C).

·      Familiarity with US time zones and ability to work in EST/CST/PST hours.

·      Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
