Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across multiple technologies.

Skills:

• Strictly need 3-5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of US hiring models: W2/ C2C/ 1099.
• Experience working with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of IT skill sets including:
• Java, .NET, Python
• Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• DevOps, Data, AI/ML
• QA, UI, SAP, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Hands-on experience with US job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
