We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting IT professionals for our clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US staffing, specifically dealing with state and federal clients, as well as direct clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Identify and source qualified IT candidates for various positions in the US staffing process.
- Leverage multiple channels, such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates.
Full Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requirement gathering to candidate submission and interview coordination.
- Ensure all documentation, such as resumes, interview feedback, and offer letters, are processed efficiently.
Experience:
- 0.6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in the US staffing process.
- Proven experience working with state and federal clients and direct clients within the US staffing industry.
