We are hiring a US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in US staffing to work on contract and full-time IT requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US clients and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for US IT requirement
Source candidates using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed
Screen resumes, validate skills, rate, availability, and visa status
Submit quality profiles within SLA
Coordinate interviews and close offers
Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring
Required Skills
US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience
Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
Experience with contract staffing
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in US shifts
Technical Exposure
Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, QA, Data Engineering
Preferred
Experience with Tier-1 vendors or direct clients
Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
