ABOUT THE ROLE

SilverXis is looking for skilled and target-driven US IT Recruiters for its Ahmedabad office. Candidates should have experience handling US IT requirements and working with US government vendors, government contractors, staffing companies, or implementation partners.

We are looking for competitive and adaptable professionals who are eager to learn, comfortable with new processes, and capable of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

SALARY STRUCTURE

• 1–3 years of relevant experience: Up to ₹35,000 monthly CTC

• 3.2–5.2 years of relevant experience: Up to ₹45,000 monthly CTC

• 5–6 years of relevant experience: ₹46,000–₹55,000 monthly CTC

Important: The salary structure is fixed and non-negotiable. The final offer will be based on relevant experience, skills, current salary, and interview performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the complete recruitment process for US-based clients.

• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.

• Screen résumés and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, communication, and suitability.

• Work on requirements received from US government vendors, government contractors, staffing companies, and implementation partners.

• Submit qualified candidates within the required timelines.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, account managers, clients, and hiring managers.

• Negotiate compensation and manage the offer and joining process.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System.

• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly submission, interview, and closure targets.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• 1–6 years of relevant experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing.

• Experience working with US government vendors, government contractors, staffing partners, or implementation partners.

• Good understanding of the US recruitment process and job market.

• Knowledge of US employment terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

• Knowledge of US work authorisation categories.

• Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.

• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System such as JobDiva or a similar platform.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work from the Ahmedabad office during the US night shift.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.
