Job Description:

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters who can manage end-to-end recruiting activities and efficiently place consultants during the US EST shift.

Requirements:

38 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong knowledge of major US job portals: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.

Ability to source candidates on W2 and work with various Visa consultant (H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong vendor and client relationship-building ability.

Must be available to work exclusively in EST hours.

Proven track record of successful consultant marketing and placements.
