Job Description

Timings: EST (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM )

Current office location: 5th Floor, 504 A, PSR Prime Towers, DLF Rd, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032

  • Onsite

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or consultancy.
  • A proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in various roles.
  • Strong familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in tax terms, including W2, C2C, 1099, and knowledge of working visas.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ceipal preferred and other recruitment software such as Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.
