Role: US IT Recruiter (Full-Time)

Location: Maadhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Shift: Night Shift (US Timing)

We are looking for a passionate US IT Recruiter who can connect with top IT talent and support our US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews

• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS updates

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

• Good understanding of US visa types.

• Experience working with US Citizens and handling direct communication is highly preferred.

• Experience handling W2, C2C, 1099 processes, sourcing, and screening candidates.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

• Prior experience working on Finance domain with AI/ML, Enterprise Architect, Data Architect related requirements is a huge plus.
