Hiring: US IT Recruiters (23 Yrs)
Location: Madhapur / Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (9 AM 5 PM EST)
Onsite 5days a week
Requirements
- 23 yrs experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of W2 / C2C / 1099
- Hands-on with Dice, LinkedIn, Boolean strings,
- Strong exposure and experience with various niche technology roles
- Experience with ATS & AI recruitment tools
- Good understanding of US visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) & tax terms.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong candidate/vendor network along with groups
- Certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)
- Work with direct clients / implementation partners
- Maintain quality submissions & quick turnaround
