Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the full-lifecycle recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing technical and IT-specific hiring needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, sourcing talent through various channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely and effective hiring solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, driving successful placements for various roles.
Qualifications
- 34 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment, with strong exposure to System Integrator (SI) and Agency hiring models
- Hands-on expertise across the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, closure, and onboarding
- Strong capability in technical recruiting, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and closing high-quality US IT talent using diverse recruitment channels and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environment, with strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus
- Proficient in using ATS, job portals, and recruitment tools to ensure workflow efficiency and compliance
- Solid understanding of the US IT staffing ecosystem, including contract and W2 hiring models and common technology skill sets
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, or any other technical/related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
