US IT Recruiter

1. ROLES:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases & job portals.
• Conducting pre-screening calls, interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Collaborating with team on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
• Should have a proper understanding of engineering skills for hiring for technical roles.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and post technical job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals.
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) before submissions to client.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive
• candidates
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications in a way that it results in submissions
• which are 75% matching with the said requirement.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter
• candidates within schedule.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or resume databases
• Maintaining following KPIs
• Minimum 2 submissions in a day OR 48 in a month
• Achieving the target of minimum 2 qualified selections/closures in a month.
