About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working exclusively on W2 requirements, sourcing and screening IT professionals, and managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on W2 IT requirements received from clients and implementation partners.
• Source candidates through job boards such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, and rate expectations. Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/vendor contacts.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of W2 candidates across various IT technologies. Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer discussions.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of W2 hiring processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of US tax terms, employment types, and work authorizations.
• Note: This role is strictly focused on W2 requirements and requires recruiters who are comfortable working exclusively on W2 opportunities in the US staffing domain.
