Responsibilities

- Assist in the negotiation and closure process for job offers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and manage the applicant tracking system.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US-based roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
