Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US-based roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of US labor laws and recruitment regulations.
