Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated US IT / Non-IT Recruiter with a proven track record of attracting top talent. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various roles across our US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Meet and exceed hiring goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools like Monster LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
