Roles and Responsibilities:
- Required 4-6 years of Experience with US staffing.
- Experience in recruiting C2C and W2 candidate.
- Prior experience in semiconductor recruiting industry
- Good experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder, LinkedIn.
- Ability to demonstrate work experience related to the Full Recruiting Life cycle (Analysing requirements, candidate prospecting, screening, submission & follow-up, etc).
- Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards.
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
- Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Ceipal, Job Diva.
Location: Secunderabad
