Position: US IT Recruiter – Salesforce

Experience: 2+ Years

Work Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

Work Location: India | Supporting US Team

Position: US IT Recruiter – Salesforce

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Salesforce and other IT positions for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce roles and skills, including Salesforce Developer, Business Analyst, Technical Architect, and related technologies.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and US clients.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines, conduct regular follow-ups, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures.
• Handle and guide a team of recruiters, monitor recruitment targets/KPIs, distribute requirements, and support the team in achieving hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on submissions, interviews, offers, joining status, and recruitment performance.
• Willingness to work 7:00 PM–3:00 AM IST and support the US team is required.
