Job Responsibilities & Desired Profile:

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates etc

Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C/1099 with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.

Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.

Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.

Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.

Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.

Experience in sourcing suitable resources from Manufacturing & Automotive industry.

Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.

Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.

Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Must understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.

Sourcing and screening potential resources from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.

Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%)

Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
