US IT Recruiter

Required Experience

• We are seeking a motivated and dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, possess strong communication skills, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for developing recruitment strategies by understanding client requirements and mapping relevant talent targets.
• Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and emerging industry trends to accurately assess candidate suitability.
• Preferred experience working with System Integrators and supporting their hiring needs.
• Source and identify top talent through multiple channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and diverse sourcing techniques to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Screen, evaluate, and interview W2 candidates including GC holders and US Citizens.
• Conduct resume validation to ensure experience accuracy and verify candidate work authorization and compliance.
