Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in W2 hiring and the US recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment cycle
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
• Work on W2 requirements and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely submissions

Required Skills

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
• Hands-on experience working with W2 requirements
• Good understanding of US tax terms and visa types
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed

Preferred

• State/Federal client experience will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant US IT recruitment experience
