Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. USA IT Recruiter with extensive experience in C2C sourcing, screening and hiring top technical talent for the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels - job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct outreach to identify top talent.
- Screen candidates through resume review and phone/video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process for selected candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices to improve team performance.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proven track record working with Implementation Partners and Direct clients
- Strong expertise on contract (C2C/C2H) hiring.
- Excellent understanding of technical skill sets such as Java, .NET, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud, Machine Learning and Software Development.
- Proficient with Ceipal ATS systems and recruitment tools.
