Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Noida, Sector 135. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for US clients, with strong expertise in both W2 and C2C hiring models. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for US-based IT positions (W2 & C2C).
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for technical competence, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality profiles within deadlines.
- Negotiate compensation and contract terms with candidates on W2, C2C, and 1099 bases.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with consultants and vendors.
- Keep up to date with market trends, visa regulations, and emerging technologies relevant to US staffing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of US IT recruitment experience (focus on W2 and C2C hiring).
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, TN).
- Proven ability to source candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a US staffing or consulting environment.
- Good understanding of core IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and QA etc.
