If you have a proven ability to source, screen, and place high-quality IT talent, especially U.S. citizens and Green Card holders, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of IT roles, focusing primarily on U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.

Collaborate with account managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top-tier candidates.

Navigate U.S. visa statuses and tax terms (W2, 1099) with ease.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly with SI clients.

Expertise in recruiting U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.

Strong understanding of U.S. visa statuses and tax terms (W2, 1099).

Deep knowledge of IT roles and industry terminology.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
