Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter (03 years experience) to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sourcing IT talent for the US market and willing to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Perform Boolean searches and build candidate pipelines.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salary/rates and manage offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
- Maintain and update ATS and internal databases.
- Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets.
Required Skills:
- 03 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (Freshers can apply).
- Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in night shift (7 PM 4 AM IST).
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with US direct clients or implementation partners.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Experience using ATS tools.
