About the Role

BrezQ is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in US Staffing and W2 Technical Recruiting.

This is strictly a Technical Recruiting role and not a Bench Sales position.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for active W2 technical requirements.
• Recruit across technologies such as Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Salesforce, and Infrastructure.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Naukri, job boards, databases, and referrals for candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and candidates throughout the interview process.
• Negotiate compensation and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment/placement targets.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of US IT Recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience with W2 requirements.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing and technical skill sets.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Important: This is strictly a Technical Recruiting / W2 role. Candidates with only Bench Sales experience will not be considered.
