We are expanding our US Recruitment team in Chennai and seeking enthusiastic professionals looking to build a successful career in US IT Staffing.
Job Responsibilities
- Source IT professionals through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CEIPAL, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
- Analyze client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, availability, and work authorization.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate rates with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and activity updates in CEIPAL/ATS.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Teams to meet hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants across multiple technologies.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and US work authorization guidelines.
Required Skills
- 1 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing lifecycle.
- Experience working on W2, C2C, 1099, and Direct Hire requirements.
- Knowledge of US Work Visas: USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, OPT/CPT, TN.
- Hands-on experience with CEIPAL, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS requirements.
- Exposure to Federal, State, or Local Government projects.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted recruiting tools and modern ATS platforms.
