Job Description
MokshTech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Recruiter with excellent English communication skills to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment and a passion for identifying top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment experience (IT and/or Non-IT hiring).
- Experience in US staffing, IT recruitment, or CAD hiring will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
