Job Description

Location: Hyderabad / Pune – Hybrid (3 Days/Week)

Experience Required: 5–7 years in US IT recruitment

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong knowledge of the US hiring market, visa classifications, tax terms, and technology skill sets. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience driving the full recruitment lifecycle, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), managing multiple requisitions at once, and partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization. This role requires strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end US IT recruitment, including requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Use ATS tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, etc.) to track candidates and maintain accurate recruitment data.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical job requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source IT candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social media, references, networking, and Boolean searches.
  • Evaluate candidates for technical fit, communication, work authorization (W2/1099/C2C), and overall suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Work within an agile environment and quickly adapt to shifting hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.
  • Track recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands‑on US IT recruitment experience, supporting staffing or corporate hiring.
  • Strong understanding of US visa types and employment classifications.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms and ability to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience managing high‑volume or multiple parallel requisitions in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an agile team structure.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes.
