Job Description*:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US IT staffing, recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and US employment types.
The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment and closing positions within client timelines.
#Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements.
Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Work on different employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
Recruit candidates with various work authorizations, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B, OPT, and CPT, as applicable to the requirement.
Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and implementation partners.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines and follow up regularly throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate pay rates and compensation within approved budgets.
Verify candidate availability, work authorization, location, and employment preferences.
Submit qualified resumes to clients and follow up on feedback.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS updates.
Achieve daily and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and clients.
#Required Skills:
2–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing.
Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment workflows.
Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other US job portals.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorization categories.
Good understanding of IT technologies, job descriptions, and technical skill requirements.
Strong Boolean search, sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), PGDM, PGP, Master of Public Administration (MPA), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX)
