Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our US-based clients. You should have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, and experience working in the US staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for various IT positions (e.g., developers, testers, analysts, architects, etc.).
- Use job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals for sourcing.
- Understand client requirements and submit qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate skills, and evaluate communication.
- Negotiate pay rates, work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and availability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Good knowledge of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations.
- Experience working with various job boards and professional networking platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and ability to screen resumes effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners.
- Familiarity with ATS tools like Bullhorn, JobDiva, or CEIPAL.
- Knowledge of Visa transfers and onboarding processes.
