- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract candidates
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment for US markets
- Strong knowledge of various IT roles and technologies
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment
