Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have 3+ years of experience working with direct client and W2.
- US IT Recruiter Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles.
- Work with various job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn).
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipeline.
- Negotiate pay rates and follow up on onboarding.
- Understand US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
