We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our growing team as a Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-notch candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and tools. Let's talk about the role:
- Utilize our ATS (JobDiva)agent search, Boolean search, and various job portals (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate research to build a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future hiring needs.
- Advertise positions on the company website and all job boards, evaluate each applicant, and accept or reject.
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through effective screening processes.
- Collaborate with the internal review team to ensure alignment with position requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Regularly update candidate status and progress to facilitate efficient recruitment processes.
- Work closely with the internal review team to understand specific job requirements and recruitment objectives.
- Communicate effectively to convey candidate details and insights.
- Ensure the submission of high-quality candidates by validating and verifying candidate information.
- Provide detailed documentation of candidate profiles for internal review.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5 years of technical recruitment experience.
- Exceptional skills in identifying qualified resumes from job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Must have experience working with Direct/State/Federal clients.
- Solid experience working with VMS and ATS platforms.
- Hands-on recruitment experience for core IT roles.
- Experience working with JobDiva is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience of technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with Boolean search, ATS agent search, and various job portals.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sourcing methods.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to the success of a dynamic sourcing team.
