Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for US IT positions.
• Source quality candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure fit for client requirements.
• Focus on quality of candidates for implementation client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Understand and explain US employment tax terms such as W2, 1099, and C2C.
• Provide basic guidance on immigration processes like H1B and Green Card.
• Collaborate with clients directly, preferably without intermediaries, to deliver recruitment solutions.
