About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and experience in IT services, staffing, or B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and position relevant solutions/services
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / BDR role
- Experience in IT/SaaS Services, Digital Services, or the Staffing industry preferred
- Experience in US sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and manage sales pipelines
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Experience in international markets (US/UAE/Europe)
- Understanding of B2B sales lifecycle
- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
