Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other relevant platforms.
Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements and quality standards.
Understand and differentiate between various tax terms such as W2, 1099, and C2C.
Demonstrate basic understanding of immigration concepts, including H1B and Green Card processes.
Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with candidates and clients.
Work directly with clients (high-tech companies) to fill IT positions without intermediary layers.
