Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and presentation-savvy Talent Acquisition professional to handle end-to-end recruitment for both Technical and Non-Technical roles. The role will also support onboarding activities and employer branding initiatives from our Gurgaon office.
The ideal candidate should be confident in stakeholder management, strong in presentations, and capable of managing hiring independently.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer rollout)
- Handle hiring for Technical roles (Telecom, Network, OFC, Engineering, IT, etc.)
- Handle Non-Technical hiring (HR, Finance, SCM, Sales, Admin, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
- Salary negotiation and offer discussion
- Ensure proper documentation and ATS updates

2️⃣ Stakeholder & Presentation Skills
- Present hiring dashboards and updates to leadership
- Conduct hiring review meetings
- Prepare recruitment MIS and analytical reports
- Support employer branding presentations and campus hiring decks

3️⃣ Onboarding & New Joiner Experience
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation
- Conduct HR induction / orientation sessions
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience
- Track joining formalities and probation review follow-ups

4️⃣ Recruitment Process Governance
- Ensure process compliance and documentation accuracy
- Maintain JD repository
- Ensure interview feedback tracking
- Improve candidate experience

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- 7-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong exposure to technical hiring
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing / telecom / engineering industry preferred
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel & ATS tools like SAP
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
