Role: US IT Recruiter (2-3 Years Experience)

Location: Hyderabad| Shift: US Shift | Full-time

We're looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for US clients. Must have strong experience with W2/C2C/1099, sourcing on Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and screening candidates for technical and visa fit.

Requirements:

2-3 years in US IT Staffing

Strong knowledge of US tax terms & work visas

Excellent sourcing, communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work in US time zones
