We are looking for a passionate and talented IT Recruiter to join our growing team and they will play a leading role in the Recruitment and HR efforts.
This is a full-time role with Hybrid option.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle US IT recruitmentfrom sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
- Source talent across LinkedIn, Dice and other platforms.
- Manage candidates efficiently using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Expertise in technical roles, IT skills, and industry trends.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to ensure ongoing success.
- Meet hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining excellent candidate experience.
Experience/Requirements
- 5+ years of US IT recruitment experience with a strong track record of success.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and managing client requirements.
- Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of technical terminologies and IT roles.
- Bachelors in Engineering or Business degree.
- Ability to work hybrid in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
