Job Description
0–1 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes.
Good understanding of US work authorization such as H1B, Green Card, USC, OPT/CPT, and TN.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Willingness to work in US night shifts.
