Job Title: US IT & Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 0–5 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Mumbai

Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our US Staffing team as IT and Non-IT Recruiters. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about recruitment, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to build a career in the US staffing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Common Responsibilities (IT & Non-IT):

  • Understand job requirements shared by clients for US-based roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit
  • Schedule interviews with clients and follow up regularly
  • Maintain candidate database and track submissions
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and clients

US IT Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Work on IT requirements such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data roles, etc.
  • Understand technical job descriptions and required skill sets
  • Identify and source candidates with relevant technologies
  • Coordinate with candidates on technical interviews and feedback
  • Stay updated with current IT market trends and technologies

US Non-IT Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Handle Non-IT roles such as Healthcare, Finance, Admin, Sales, Customer Support, etc.
  • Understand functional requirements and domain-specific roles
  • Source candidates for business and operational positions
  • Screen candidates based on experience, domain knowledge, and soft skills
  • Manage high-volume hiring requirements efficiently

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment process (training will be provided for freshers)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings)
  • Good learning attitude and team player

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate (Preferred)
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Immediate joiners preferred
