Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our US Staffing team as IT and Non-IT Recruiters. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about recruitment, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to build a career in the US staffing industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Common Responsibilities (IT & Non-IT):
- Understand job requirements shared by clients for US-based roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit
- Schedule interviews with clients and follow up regularly
- Maintain candidate database and track submissions
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and clients
US IT Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Work on IT requirements such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data roles, etc.
- Understand technical job descriptions and required skill sets
- Identify and source candidates with relevant technologies
- Coordinate with candidates on technical interviews and feedback
- Stay updated with current IT market trends and technologies
US Non-IT Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Handle Non-IT roles such as Healthcare, Finance, Admin, Sales, Customer Support, etc.
- Understand functional requirements and domain-specific roles
- Source candidates for business and operational positions
- Screen candidates based on experience, domain knowledge, and soft skills
- Manage high-volume hiring requirements efficiently
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment process (training will be provided for freshers)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings)
- Good learning attitude and team player
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Immediate joiners preferred
