Job Description

Company Description

Growth Infi specializes in building scalable, multi-channel sales and marketing systems tailored for B2B and SaaS companies. We solve problems like inconsistent lead quality, slow manual processes, and high customer acquisition costs. By combining AI-powered sales systems, high-converting acquisition funnels, and smart automation, we help businesses scale efficiently and with measurable results. Our solutions are made for B2B SaaS and service companies that want fast impact without long-term lock-ins.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office role for a Business Operations/management Intern.

This role is focused on client delivery and execution, not direct sales.

You'll work on setting up and managing outbound campaigns, coordinating with clients, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From campaign setup to performance tracking and client communication, you'll be involved in the complete delivery process.

Over time, you'll take ownership of client accounts and become responsible for managing outcomes end-to-end.

If you're someone who wants to understand how B2B growth systems actually work — and not just be on calls all day - this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Build and maintain prospect data and campaign workflows
  • Track performance and ensure campaigns are running smoothly
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution
  • Communicate with clients for updates, feedback, and requirements
  • Maintain structured records of campaigns and results
  • Gradually take ownership of client accounts and delivery

Important Note

  • This is not a sales or cold-calling role
  • Focus is on execution, operations, and client management

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in any field

Perks

  • Paid Internship
  • Assured PPO based on performance
  • Flexible working hours
  • Hands-on exposure to real client work from day one
