Recruiter - US Staffing

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to support US staffing requirements, working closely with direct clients on W2 roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience hiring across Engineering, Manufacturing, Professional, Financial, and Light Industrial (LI) domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based non-IT roles (W2 positions)

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools

Maintain candidate pipeline and build talent pools

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of US Non-IT recruitment experience

Hands-on experience with direct clients and W2 hiring

Strong sourcing and screening skills across Engineering, Manufacturing, Financial, Professional, and LI roles

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
