Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Bench Sales Recruiter with proven experience of 1- 3 years in the US IT staffing ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in consultant marketing, vendor management, and end-to-end sales execution.

Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to prime vendors & direct clients
• Submit profiles and track submissions daily
• Source requirements and candidates via job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.) and match accordingly
• Follow up consistently for interview feedback and closures
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

Requirements

• 1- 3 years in US IT Bench Sales
• Understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, and US work visas (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of vendor networks and US staffing dynamics
