Job Description
Seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Bench Sales Recruiter to work on our internal and external customer IT services requirements with 1-3 years experience. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment and will have some experience with consulting firms for the recruitment process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 yrs. of US Staffing exp. and extensive Bench sales experience
- He / She should have experience in Marketing Bench candidates.
- Should have experience on different US job boards. (Dice, Monster, Linked In, etc.)
- Should have a strong preferred vendors list for Marketing bench candidates.
- Should have knowledge of different Tax terms like (w2, c2c & 1099), etc.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have closely worked on deadlines and targets.
Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate with minimum 1 Year of US Bench Sales experience.
- Good Comm. skills.
- Candidate who can join immediately or minimal notice period.
