Experience in working with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners
Proven experience in working with Prime vendors and following up with contacts on continuous basis
Must have Good Network & Contacts in the US IT Staffing Market.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
Experience in working with direct implementation partners would be PLUS
Must Create and maintain assignment track sheets as per the company standards and submitting the same to Manager
Marketingbenchconsultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job portals.
Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants and making them aware of submissions, vendor/Implementation partner's calls and client interviews.
Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback, POs Joining and MSA.
Manage the end-to-end process of sourcing CV, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining the candidate.
Resources andbenchstrength as a whole continuously source candidates through searches and job postings on the Internet, candidate referrals, In-house database and personal network.
Must have excellent negotiation skills, both to ensure that the cost of resources added to thebenchare manageable and that the company gets the best possible rate from its customers (existing and new) for its resources.
