Job Description

  • Generate and qualify new sales leads through channels like cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Maintain and build client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategic sales plans.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tailored client presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitive products.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales activity reports.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of inside sales experience targeting the US market.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the technology or software sector is a plus.
